These are strange times for all of us. As you know, our food supply is badly broken right now. We’re doing our darnedest to fix it and get food to as many people as we can. But I'll be honest with you. We’re struggling, so please bear with us if things don’t always work as smoothly as we’d like them to.

Sometimes we don’t have everything you ordered, and we'll have to substitute for something else. And we don't have our full product range, so some of the substitution options are seriously limited right now. We often don't know till the last minute exactly what we're going to get, so we may not have time to contact you in advance. We'll just have to give you whatever we've got.
I know how disappointing it is when this happens, so let me apologize now if you don’t get exactly what you want. But I promise we’ll do our level best to make sure you have something to eat.
Although we're building up our supplies as fast as possible, we already have a waiting list of customers. So if you're here for the first time, it's gonna be a few weeks before we can get your first box. We'll get to you as quick as we can.
We continue to operate to the highest hygiene standards. All our staff wear gloves and masks, and our entire facility is sanitized regularly. As an additional precaution, any staff member who feels unwell will be prohibited from working with food items and sent home.
And lastly, please spare a thought for our overworked customer service team. They've all been drafted into the warehouse packing boxes three days a week, so it's taking them longer than usual to respond to all your emails and phone messages.
