Pecan Maple Salmon

If you’re a newbie to cooking fish, we recommend starting with the world’s best salmon! Moink’s wild-caught Alaskan Salmon is caught, processed and delivered right to your doorstep while it’s still at peak freshness and flavor.

Struggling to get more seafood in your diet? You’re not alone! Most Americans consume less than half the recommended weekly allowance of fish, and it’s not because we’re picky eaters. It’s because we’re intimidated about purchasing and cooking it!

But not including fish in your diet is a missed healthy opportunity. It’s lean, low-calorie and full of healthy Omega-3s, those important nutrients that help to lower blood pressure, reduce triglycerides, and just make your heart healthier and happier! Studies show eating fish also helps prevent cancer, protects the skin from damage, promotes brain health and fights inflammation. Um, yes please!

Try this super simple Pecan Maple Salmon. It's super delish.

  • 1 large salmon filet

  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and spread over salmon.

  2. Refrigerate at least an hour and up to overnight.

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 13-16 minutes, or until salmon is flaky.
