We utilize a whole carcass program to allow our farmer's the stability
of a marketplace. So you choose a variety of different things from the
good stuff and the fun stuff and when we need help eating through things
we add them as free-extras on the farmer's table.
You can add extras to each order if you want - we always have special offers and choice cuts.
Your payment method of choice is charged the Sunday before your shipment date.
You'll get a reminder before each shipment.
We ship at the start of each week. Your order will arrive on your doorstep a few days later, depending on the time of year and where you live.
We'll email or text you a tracking number so you can track your package progress.
We use plenty of dry ice so it will arrive frozen!
