My Box & Account

Change your recurring box and add special one time purchases by logging into your account. Please note that all changes/additions must be made before 11PM EST on the Saturday before your next box ships.

Yes, simply login to your account settings and you have control of your schedule. Be sure to skip or change your schedule before 11 PM EST on Saturday before your next box ships.

To cancel/close your account:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click Subscriptions
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions
  4. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel, and click Manage Subscription
  5. Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription

Note: If you cancel your subscription after we have charged your card for an order, the upcoming order will not be cancelled.

You'll always have the opportunity to select one item from our collection of freebies. This list of items will rotate seasonally, so be sure to login and pick what you like best.

Delivery & Shipping

Your delivery will normally arrive between Wednesday and Friday after your payment processes. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking information. Contact us if it's not there by Friday night.

Your delivery will arrive between Wednesday and Friday after your payment processes. Specific delivery days and times cannot be adjusted. If you will be out of town or unable to receive your box, be sure to cancel your order before 11PM EST on Saturdays.

Yes, we will send tracking info via email and SMS. You will also receive notification when your box has been delivered.

We pack with enough dry ice to account for up to 3-4 days in transit. This depends on seasonality and your local climate. Be sure to bring your box inside right away.

You box will normally arrive 2-3 days after it leaves our packing facility. There may be occasional delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your box is delayed or missing items, please contact us within one week of your scheduled delivery date and we'll make it right.

If it’s still cold to the touch, it will still be safe to eat. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If it’s 40 degrees or less, you can refreeze it. But if you’re concerned, please let us know.

Payments

Orders are finalized at 11PM EST on Saturdays. Payments will process in the early morning hours on Sundays. Once we have processed payments, we cannot amend or cancel orders.

If payment fails your upcoming order will be cancelled. This does not mean your subscription is cancelled. Login and update your payment method.

In the instance where a refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned by the payment processor. (It doesn't usually take that long, but give it time!)

Our Meat & Mission

All of our meat comes from the USA. Most of it comes from local farms.

Technically, no, since it’s not certified organic. However, we require all of our farmers to follow sustainable, ethical farming practices.

No! We use independent companies for every stage of the farming, slaughtering, butchering and packing process.

Depends how much time you've got. You can thaw it in the refrigerator, in water, or (in a pinch) in the microwave.
