Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Canceling subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. 

1. Go to My Account
2. Click Subscriptions
3. Click Manage Subscriptions
   
4. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel, and click Manage Subscription
   
5. Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription

If you cancel your subscription after we have charged your card for an order, the upcoming order will not be cancelled.

Skipping orders

You can skip or reschedule an upcoming order at any time until we charge your card.

1. Go to My Account
2. Click View and Manage Order
3. Click Reschedule or Skip

You cannot skip, reschedule or cancel an order after we have charged your card.
