Shipping

  • Your Moink box will normally be shipped on the Tuesday or Wednesday following placement of your order.
  • Shipping normally takes 1-2 days. We use different carriers, depending on your location.
  • There may be occasional delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We pack all frozen meat in dry ice which should be sufficient to keep it frozen for 3 days. 

Returns

We don't accept returns, as our products are frozen meat.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within one week of your scheduled delivery date and we'll credit or refund you.

Please take photographs of damaged items and then dispose of them.

Please note: if your meat is still cold to the touch, it will still be safe to eat. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If it’s 40 degrees or less, you can refreeze it.
