Sockeye is considered one of the safest species to eat due to the very low level of toxicity, including mercury. Its main diet consists of red algae and plankton, and does not feed on larger fish, so it doesn’t ingest the toxins from those fish.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within one week of your scheduled delivery date and we'll credit or refund you.
Please take photographs of damaged items and then dispose of them.
Please note: if your meat is still cold to the touch, it will still be safe to eat. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If it’s 40 degrees or less, you can refreeze it.
