In 2006, Bill started his own 120-acre farm near Charleston, Arkansas. In 2015, he got involved with Grass Roots Farmers’ Cooperative, one of Moink’s trusted partners.
“When a pig lives a happy life, the difference in taste is amazing,” says Adam.
Cody Hopkins and his wife, Andrea Todt, are first-generation farmers just outside of Wesley, Arkansas. The couple founded Falling Sky Farm in 2006 as part of Grass Roots Farmers’ Cooperative.
It took three years to transition the once chemical-laden row crop farm to an organic biodynamic operation.
