If you’re a fan of that famous bottled steak sauce, then you’re going to love our version. And, dare we say it’s even better? It’s likely that you’ve already got these ingredients on hand. Ideal for steak, but also great with lamb.

  • Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Store in a jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
