Our sirloin steak is lean, juicy, and full of flavor. With a firm yet tender texture, it’s perfect for grilling, broiling, or slicing into salads and stir-fries. Keep it simple or go fancy - this is a versatile, everyday cut that delivers great taste every time!

Our cows are completely grass-fed, with no supplements, antibiotics or growth hormones to make them grow faster. They live out their days on a pasture, not a in a confinement building. It's how cows are supposed to be raised.

Shipping

  • Your Moink box will normally be shipped on the Tuesday or Wednesday following placement of your order.
  • Shipping normally takes 1-2 days. We use different carriers, depending on your location.
  • There may be occasional delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We pack all frozen meat in dry ice which should be sufficient to keep it frozen for 3 days. 

Returns

We don't accept returns, as our products are frozen meat.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within one week of your scheduled delivery date and we'll credit or refund you.

  • Missing shipment

Please take photographs of damaged items and then dispose of them.

Please note: if your meat is still cold to the touch, it will still be safe to eat. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If it’s 40 degrees or less, you can refreeze it.
